  20. Uploaded by the author. PC-Estimator is a cost estimator for small and medium-size contractors, constructors, architects and do-it-yourself remodelers. The program contains built-in material prices, labor and equipment rates which can be modified by the user. 
  21. Registered users receive a comprehensive 3000+ item cost database in the industry-standard CSI format.

  23. The system has Lookup windows to pick and incude cost items in the estimate. reports are built in the system and can be generated thru convenient menu selections. A text-file feature allows the user to send reports to an ASCII file for report customization.

PC-Estimator files are dBase compatible. Lotus and compatible spreadsheets will also translate PC-Estimator files to spreadsheet format. In addition to comprehensive cost database, registration also brings additional functions such as backup/restore utility, bill of material reporting and a printed User's Manual. PC-Estimator will create fast, accurate and error-free cost estimates while taking the drudgery out of the estimating process.
